This is a brand new multi-venue festival in Southampton, brought to you by Psych Ltd, one of the biggest promoters of alternative music in the area. Taking place across 3 of Southampton's most important independent venues, Heartbreakers, Joiners and The 1865, Wanderlust features a stacked line-up including Shame, Dream Wife, Opus Kink, L’Objectif and many more.

Wrexham, North Wales

Focus Wales is an annual festival that promotes Welsh music and showcases emerging talent from around the world. A pass gets you access to all live music, as well as industry networking and film events. The line-up for 2024 features space rock legends Spiritualized and a huge range of smaller artists like CVC and Flamingods. With over 250 artists performing this year, you can’t go wrong.

Are You Listening? Festival is a one-day multi-venue festival that highlights the town's best-loved independent venues. This year, the festival is headlined by Antony Szmierek and The Mysterines, with appearances from some upcoming PG favourites including Heartworms, Home Counties, Fat Dog and many more. Are You Listening? raises money for Reading Mencap, a charity that helps people with learning disabilities and their carers.

Wymeswold, Leicestershire

Dubbed "the world's biggest and best tribute festival," Glastonbudget pays homage to legendary bands with tribute acts performing genre-spanning hits. It’s a full weekender, and this year the line-up boasts tribute acts for Oasis, The Who, Bowie, The Police, The Chemical Brothers, and many more.

Stoke Park, Guildford

After 10 long years, Guilfest finally returns to its home in Stoke Park, Guildford. Previously Guilfest has hosted an array of iconic acts, from Pulp to Van Morrison, all the way through to Madness and even Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys. This year it’ll be headlined by punk legends The Stranglers and Eurovision star Sam Ryder, with Peter Hook and the Light also performing. The festival also hosts a variety of comedy and children’s activities, making it the perfect outing for the whole family.

Herrington Country Park, Sunderland

Formerly known as Kubix Rock, Monument Festival is a new one day festival in Herrington Country Park celebrating the best of rock, indie and alternative music. Gracing the stage for its first instalment will be Jake Bugg, The Coral, and Shaun Ryder amongst many others. Limited first release tickets are currently on sale, so act fast!

Lynsters Farm, Rickmansworth

If you’re looking to support independent music, FarmFest in Rickmansworth is the place to be. The line-up consists mostly of new bands from the current London music scene and the independent venues at its core, namely The George Tavern and Windmill Brixton - exciting artists from the scene like Tummyache, My Fat Pony, English Garden and Gag Salon will take to the stage this year. FarmFest raises money to support the female refugees and their children who live on the farm.

Multi-venue, Manchester

Manchester Psych Fest is a celebration of psychedelia, held annually across multiple venues in the city. Since its inception, it has grown into one of the most anticipated events of the year for enthusiasts of psychedelic rock, alternative, and experimental sounds. This year you can catch The Horrors, Baxter Dury, BC Camplight, Temples and loads more. There are also sister events in Edinburgh (1st September) and Brighton (30th August), with similarly incredible line-ups.
