I am having trouble accessing or buying from the Pretty Green website
In order to shop or access your account, we ask you to sign in. If you find that your email address or password is not recognised, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered at Pretty Green.
If you can't remember your password, click on the ‘forgotten my password’ button on the login page. Fill out the form and we will email you with a new password.
You should then be able to login using the new password. It is also possible to change your password in the ‘My Account’ section of your account.
