Can I cancel my order?
We ask you to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase to avoid it being dispatched to you.
Under the UK Distance Selling Laws you can cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of purchase. You will need to contact a member of our customer service team at customercare@prettygreen.com Please state your name and order number and we will get back to you with a confirmation of cancellation.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received it.
In all cases, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days, in their original condition (including original packaging) and will be inspected on their return.
