Part of my order is missing, what should I do?

First check your delivery note to make sure that there is not a message explaining that one or more of your items will be arriving separately. If this is not the case please email customercare@prettygreen.com Please quote your order number, product code and product name as well as what is wrong with your order and we will get back to you. We aim to respond to emails within 48hrs (Monday – Friday).


If the item is out of stock we will let you know and offer a full refund.
