As soon as your order arrives in-store, we’ll email you so you can Pop into your chosen store to pick up your item(s).

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way to collect your Pretty Green online orders. If you place an order online, it will be ready for collection in 2 - 7 working days, giving you the control over when you want to pick it up.

Pretty Green online stocks the full product range which may not be available in all stores. Using our Click & Collect service you can place orders online for any items and pick them up locally.

Click & Collect is currently available in our UK stores.

How much does it cost?

Click & Collect orders have no delivery charge and no minimum spend.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

During checkout simply select the Click & Collect option and choose your preferred store.

What happens once my order has been placed?

Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us as you would any other order, with your order number for reference. This information is also available in your account section online unless you checked out as a Guest.

As soon as your order has arrived we’ll send you an ‘Order Ready For Collection’ email. Please wait until receiving this email before attempting to collect your order.

To collect your order, simply go to the tills or find a member of staff. They will need to know your order number, and see ID (driving license, credit / debit card) from the nominated collector.

How do I know my order is ready for collection?

We will send you an ‘Order Ready for collection’ email as soon as it’s ready for collection at your chosen store.

How long do I have to collect my order?

We will hold your order for 10 days from the moment we email you that the order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have your order number, and an ID (driving license, credit / debit card) from either yourself or your nominated collector.

What if I can’t collect my order in time?

If you can’t collect your order within 10 days, the order will be returned back to us and a refund will be processed which can take up to 14 working days.

Where can I return my order?

You can either use our free returns service with Royal Mail or return your Click and Collect item to one of our stores. Items returned in store will be sent our central processing facility where it will take up to 14 days to process the refund. Exchanges are not possible in-store.
