We offer the following delivery options for orders placed before 2pm (please note in high volume periods this may differ). We'll provide an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your delivery selection:

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 28 working days of receipt. Product must be returned in an original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the Royal Mail Post Office.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Pretty Green. Failure to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights. View the returns policy here.


We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 7-10 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you within 2-3 working days after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.

Provided we have the requested exchange items in stock, you will receive the exchange item(s) within the same time frame as your original order.

We will email to notify you as soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse.

Please note: All exchanges are subject to availability at the time of processing. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for different items, we can only offer an exchange for the same item in a different size/colour.
