 You will have the option to pre-pay any import taxes your country may apply for a seamless and transparent ordering process. Please select your delivery country in our website navigation. If you cannot see your country listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  1. Destination country

  2. Size/weight of the package

  3. Shipping method selected

We offer several different shipping methods including airmail, standard courier and express courier.

RETURNS

Simply complete the form contained in your parcel and return the item, along with the completed form, to us. You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging.

We offer a flat rate return fee for all international customers. Returns from within Europe will cost €‌13.00, and returns from anywhere else in the world will cost €‌20.00. Alternatively you can return the item(s) to us via your preferred carrier.

Access our Returns Portal to return any orders from outside of the UK.

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us. You can send your returns via our express returns service for a flat rate of €‌13.00 for returns from within Europe, or €‌20.00 from the rest of the world, which will be taken from the credit of the returned item(s) once they have reached us. Alternatively, you can print a returns label and send with your preferred carrier. Payment of refund for cancellations should be made within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation, but it can be delayed if we have not received the goods or evidence that they've been returned.

We recommend that you use our express service to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European community (EU 27).

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

A full refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within ten days of us receiving the returned items. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

We will email to notify you as soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse.
