We offer the following delivery options for orders placed before 2pm (please note during periods of high volume this may differ). We'll provide an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your delivery selection:

Our packaging is branded with the Pretty Green logo and we do not currently offer gift packaging/wrapping.

Order Amendment/Cancellation:

Unfortunately, once payment has been accepted, we cannot amend your order in the following ways: changing the size / colour of an item, removing an item, adding an item, or changing payment method.

We may be able to cancel your order or change the delivery address if you contact us shortly after placing it. However, this is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made. To increase your chances, please reach out to customer care within 30 minutes of placing your order. Keep in mind that during weekends, holidays, or high order volumes such as during sales, we might not be able to process your request before the order ships.

When getting in touch with customer care, please quote your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If you are needing to amend your delivery address, please also provide the correct address in your email/message. Any of this information not provided will delay your request and increase the likelihood that we are unable to cancel or amend the address before it ships.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however we will accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of your order, should you wish for an exchange or refund. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please include your return form paperwork in the return parcel with your return request (refund/exchange) clearly marked.

To register your return, please log on to our Returns Portal and follow the steps provided. You will need your order number as stated on your order confirmation and the email address used to place the order.

We offer an easy tracked return service in the UK. To return any orders from outside of the UK please visit our partner’s returns portal.

If you choose to return via our return service, the costs indicated below will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to organise your own return, please register your return through our return portal. Please include the return paperwork in your parcel.

Please be advised that if you have organised your own return postage Pretty Green are not responsible for your return until it is confirmed as delivered at our warehouse.

If your items are damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team before organising a return.

Any returns received in unsaleable condition or outside the 30 day return timeframe will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in store and we also cannot accept returns for items purchased in store via our online return portal. To return an in store purchase, please take the return to the location it was originally purchased.

RETURNS PORTAL

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse and onto the original method of payment. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

Refunds of split and part-paid orders are processed to your original payment methods in the sequence that the original order payment was made. If your order is part-paid with a gift card or voucher, this balance will be refunded before any cash refund as this payment was taken first.

Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges on the same product only. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot hold stock for exchanges under any circumstances. If you are worried about a product selling out, it’s always best to reorder instead.

Non-returnable:

Please be advised that, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for items classed as sensitive products. This includes underwear, socks, and swim shorts.

In the event that you need to return an item from this range please contact our customer care team.

Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are not refundable. Items purchased via gift voucher can be size exchanged, or you can be credited with a new gift voucher code.
