Christmas 2022 Last Order Dates & Returns

Our returns policy has been extended for Christmas.

All purchases made online and in stores between Monday 31st October 2022 and Friday 9th December 2022, may be returned for a refund or exchange until Sunday 8th January 2023. After the 9th December 2022 the standard 30 day return policy will resume.

All online orders must be sent back within the returns policy as stated here.

You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cardholders must be present. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

After Sunday 8th January 2023 we reserve the right to return the product(s) back to you and refuse the refund/exchange request. If you've received Pretty Green product(s) as a gift; you will need to send the item(s) back with the returns note or with the original purchasing details, we'd recommend getting in touch with the person who made the purchase if these cannot be provided.

Last Festive Delivery Dates

To get your order in time for 25th December 2022 you should choose Express Delivery before 12pm GMT if ordering on the date below. Ordering by this date should give our couriers ample time for delivery but we cannot guarantee delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. adverse weather). Free UK standard shipping is available on orders over £80.
