We offer the following delivery options for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (please note during periods of high volume this may differ). We'll provide an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your delivery selection:

Our packaging is branded with the Pretty Green logo and we do not currently offer gift packaging/wrapping.

ORDER AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, once payment has been accepted, we cannot amend your order in the following ways: changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, adding an item, or changing payment method.

We may be able to cancel your order or change the delivery address if you contact us shortly after placing it. However, this is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made. To increase your chances, please reach out to customer care within 30 minutes of placing your order. Keep in mind that during weekends, holidays, or times of high order volume (such as a sale), we might not be able to process your request before the order ships.

When getting in touch with customer care, please quote your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If you are needing to amend your delivery address, please also provide the correct address in your email/message. Any of this information not provided will delay your request and increase the likelihood that we are unable to cancel or amend the address before it ships.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

We cannot offer free returns on orders that have been placed mistakenly.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you would like to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

•    Items must be in original condition and packaging.
•    All tags must remain attached.
•    Please include the return form paperwork inside your parcel and clearly mark whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Not including this form may result in delays to processing your return. Missing the form? Email us at customercare@prettygreen.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to send you a new one.
•    Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for items classed as sensitive products. This includes underwear, socks, and swim shorts. In the event that you need to return an item from this range please contact our customer care team.
•    Returns received in an unsaleable condition or beyond 30 days will not be refunded. Items will be sent back to you.

How to Register Your Return

1.    Visit our Returns Portal (click here).
2.    Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and the email address used to place the order.
3.    Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request.
For exchanges, please mark your exchange request on your return form. You do not need to make the request in the portal.

Royal Mail (Tracked Service – UK Only)
•    Easy, tracked return through Royal Mail.

Self-Return
•    You may organise your own return postage.
•    Select “self-return” in the Returns Portal to avoid being charged.
•    We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
•    Include the return paperwork in your parcel.

If you choose self-return, Pretty Green is not responsible for your parcel until it arrives at our warehouse. You are fully liable if it is lost or not delivered and will need to contact your chosen courier directly in the event of any issue.

International Returns

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely instance that your item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please email customercare@prettygreen.com with photos of the issue and your order number so we can assist you further. Please do not register your return on the portal before speaking to our customer care team, as we cannot refund the £5 return fee once paid.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse and onto the original method of payment. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

Refunds of split and part-paid orders are processed to your original payment methods in the sequence that the original order payment was made. If your order is part-paid with a gift card or voucher, this balance will be refunded before any cash refund as this payment was taken first.

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges on the same product only. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website.

We cannot hold stock for exchanges under any circumstances. If you are worried about a product selling out, it’s always best to reorder instead.

NON-RETURNABLE

Please be advised that, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for items classed as sensitive products. This includes underwear, socks, and swim shorts.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are not refundable. Items purchased via gift voucher can be size exchanged, or you can be credited with a new gift voucher code.
