The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion

Enter a draw to win an the Ticket and have the opportunity to feature as a supporting act during the Promotor’s Event. We have limited stock of the Ticket available and this Promotion is your chance to purchase the Ticket before it is released more widely. Enter the Promotion by meeting the Entry Requirements and following the Entry Instructions below. Note that Restrictions apply. |

Entry Requirements |
1. You must: a. be an account holder on the Website to enter this Promotion; b. be resident in the United Kingdom and hold a valid UK postal address; and c. be aged 18 or over . 2. Entries must be received within the Promotion Period. |
| Entry Instructions |
1. Go the Promotion page (linked below). 2. Select the Promotion and enter your band’s information. 3. Submit a link to your track/ video performance 4. Click “Enter Draw”. 5. After the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will notify successful entrant (the ‘Winners’) within 5 days by email. |
| Restrictions |
1. You will only be able to submit one entry per account for this Promotion. 2. Employees and agents of the Promoter and its group companies, and their relatives or members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. |
| Collection Method |
Upon notification from the Promoter the Ticket will be delivered within the Promoter’s usual standard delivery period. |

| Acceptance Period |
The Winners must accept the Ticket within 5 days of being notified that they have won. |

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion
1. In order to enter the Promotion you must meet the Entry Requirements and follow the Entry Instructions as set out above. Restrictions apply.
2. After the Promotion Period has ended, winning participants will be selected at by a panel of judges , from all valid entries received, and verified by the Promoter.
3. Winners will be informed by email or telephone call within 72 hours of expiry of the Promotion Period, if their entry is successful.
4. Winners will need to follow the Collection Method as set out above.
5. Only one Ticket will be available for the Winner.
6. No discount can be offered or redeemed against the Ticket.
7. If a Winner fails to comply with these terms and conditions or collect the Ticket via the Collection Method within the Acceptance Period, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the opportunity to collect the Ticket allocated to that Winner and release that Ticket back into the Promotion and draw a new Winner.
8. The Ticket is non-transferable and may not be sold, offered for sale, coupled or bundled with any other product or service or used for any commercial or promotional purposes.
9. If a Winner wishes to return the Ticket, they must contact the Promoter to organise return of the Ticket.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise corrupted.
11. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to the use of their (and their band members) name, county and image (including any avatar or profile picture) being used to promote the Promotion in any publicity material, including on the Website and Platform.
12. Any personal data collected by the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
13. The decision made by the Promoter as to those able to take part and selection of Winners is final.
14. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into, other than confirming to the Winners they have been successful in the Promotion.
15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion, including any incorrect sizing information.
17. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
18. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of this Promotion.
19. The Promotors liability, to any entrant, Winner or any other third party in relation to the Promotion, is limited to £50.00 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
20. No cash or alternative product or compensation will be offered in the case of cancellation of the Promotion.
21. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. Where the Promotion is advertised on a Platform, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that Platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter. By participating in the Promotion you agree to complete release of the Platform from any claims in connection with this Promotion. You remain subject to the Platform’s terms and conditions.
23. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
